Warranty and Return Policies


There will be restocking fee’s for Calcana’s plus the cost for shipping both ways. Heater(s) must be in original box and on crate.  
Restocking fee may apply on some other products.

We at Commercialheater.com hope every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. We fully understand that it is not always possible, and we will accept all unused equipment in the original box for a full refund, other than shipping, with the following conditions:

  • Offer is valid for 30 days after delivery
  • You must inspect your shipments upon arrival and if any item is damaged
  • You have 2 days to make a claim with shipper. This is YOUR responsibility.
  • Please inspect heating elements on electric heaters.
  • Customer must call us to request a return.
  • All returns must be in like new condition and in the box they where shipped in for you to not be charged for damage.

We are not the manufacturer and are restricted to those policies set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Most warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventative maintenance, improper installation, or other user-induced problems. All of are products are factory tested prior to shipping. We will warranty, replace, or repair all products as per manufacturer's warranty policy. We are customer service professionals and are happy to assist you with trouble-shooting performance and operating problems. In most cases, we are able to diagnose installation or connection-related issues by telephone, saving you needless expenses and delays.


Unless otherwise noted, Total does not include shipping and handling rates. It will be calculated after checkout and you will be contacted by our customer support team before your order is finalized.
