At the time of order, you must specify heater model per relay, voltage and phase.

This Infratech Solid State Relay Panel and Analog Control with timer is the perfect solution for both commercial and residential. Panel gives you the ability to adjust the heating intensity, to achieve ideal comfort. Solid State Relay Panel allows you to have individual dimming control of each heater or for larger spaces, giving you the option to create “heat zones” and control heaters in pairs of your choice.

All main relay panels are project specific and include a NEMA 1/12 enclosure with aluminum heat sink, terminal block, UL 489 breakers, and preassembled. Control panels are UL 508 listed. Proper voltage and specific wiring requirements should be listed on order.

This Control Panel is compatible with all 208Volt-480Volt Infratech heaters. All panels are custom built to your specification with 1 to 4 zone configurations. For projects that require 5 plus zones, please contact us directly, 760-779-1352 for a custom quote.

1. Select the number of zones.

• Each Zone can handle up to 9,000 watts at 240Volt or 8,000 watts at 208Volt.
  • Heaters that are paired in a zone must have matching wattages.
    • EX: You can pair (2) 4,000 watt heaters in a single zone because the wattages match and they total up to less than 9,000 watts.
    • EX: You can NOT pair a 4,000 watt and a 6,000 watt heater in a single zone because the wattages do not match and they total up to more than 9,000 watts.
• Heaters that are paired together in a zone will be controlled together.
  • EX: If you pair (2) 4,000 watt heaters in a zingle zone, they will be controlled as a pair.
• To achieve individual heater control, you will need as many zones as you have heaters.
  • EX: If you have (4) 6,000 watt heaters you will need a four zone box.

2. Advise of phase and voltage:

• All panels are custom built to your specification, the phase, voltage, and heater configuration MUST be provided. Orders that are missing this information will delay the processing of the order and ultimately could delay your project timeline. All panels are custom built and final sale, we highly recommend contacting your electrician to confirm the phase and voltage of your space PRIOR to ordering.

3. Select Analog Dial Configuration

• For a complete system, you will need the following:
  • Panel.
  • Analog Timer.
  • Infratech Heater.
• Each Analog Dial can control up to three zones with a single dial.
  • EX: If you have 3 Zones with (2) 4,000 watt heaters per zone and you want to control all (6) heaters together, you will need a (3) zone panel and a (1) zone analog dial.
